We develop strategies for our clients to create and strengthen both their web presence and their web-based program and service capacities. We also work with our clients to refine their web audiences, and to refine the services and key messaging for those audiences.

Some of the clients Phillip has been consulting for are high-level provincial and national organizations. Phillip's expertise is in understanding the landscape of technology as it applies to reaching out to audiences as well as realizing the fundamental methods technologies need to be introduced. Phillip has a further expertise in connectivity in remote communities as well as education technology.

First Nations Technology Council - Phillip has provided ongoing support in developing technology strategy for provincial approaches to technical training in Aboriginal communities, digital literacy, and connectivity.

First Nations Education Steering Committee - Phillip consults and has written several reports outlining strategy for e-learning, preservation of Aboriginal language and using ICT in schools.

2010 organization - Phillip assists the Culture and Celebrations team in their online strategy.
