Creating value for our clients is a fundamental part of Agentic’s Guiding Principles. We are committed to ensuring that every client and every project gets full value, both in meeting, and exceeding, our client’s expectations, and in completing the project on time and on budget. Here are some of the ways we deliver on our client value commitment:

• Fixed fee pricing: In more than 90% of our projects, Agentic is able to give our client a fixed price for undertaking and completing the project. This gives our client assurance that the project will fall within the client’s budget for the planned work. This also allows the client to segment and prioritize the deliverables of the project to coincide with budgetary and other concerns.
  For the occasional longer-term service and support engagement, we have to give our client a time and materials estimate. But even in this type of engagement, we make the effort to ensure that our time and materials estimate is as complete and accurate as possible given the agreed parameters of the engagement.
• Gathering project requirements: Agentic is able to confidently provide a fixed price for our client’s project because, in our disciplined approach, we gain a clear understanding of the client’s goals and objectives for the project, and we gather detailed and precise requirements for the work to be done. This information is then presented back to the client as a statement of work or project scope document so that both Agentic and our client are able to confirm that our understanding of the project is exact and complete.
• No wasted effort: Agentic knows our client’s time is valuable and so, frankly, is our time. Neither of us wants to see time wasted on work that does not meet our client’s expectations. Thanks to the care we take in understanding each project’s requirements and objectives, we never find ourselves developing a project component that is insufficient or mistaken. This means we don’t waste our client’s time presenting a flawed piece of work, or waste our effort by doing mistaken work.
• Proven open-source tools and applications: Agentic uses best-of-breed open source tools and applications in all project work, unless our client specifies a proprietary standard or there is no mature open-source module or application that meets our client’s requirements. From years of experience, we know that open-source tools and applications offer better value, more flexibility, and easier maintenance and upgrading than equivalent proprietary licensed software.
